PIZZA CRUST
3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

In a medium size mixing bowl, mix water and yeast until the yeast is dissolved. Mix in oil and salt. Stir in flour that has been measured by the dipping method. Knead 5 to 10 minutes or until smooth. Place in a lightly greased bowl. Place it over another bowl filled with warm water. Cover with a towel and let rise at least 10 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees at this time. Spread dough out on a greased 12 inch diameter pizza pan, pressing around the edge to form a standing rim of dough. Bake for 10 minutes. Change oven to 425 degrees.

Add your choice of toppings. Spread on Pizza Quick first; end with cheese or pepperoni. The following amounts are suggested: 1/4 lb. sausage or ground meat 1/4 c. onion 1/4 c. mushrooms 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 2 oz. pepperoni 2 tbsp. sweet pepper 2 tbsp. black olives

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned. Slice and serve.
