TURTLE CAKE 
50 caramels (unwrapped)
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts

Put caramels in top of double boiler with the 1/3 cup of milk. Put cake mix in a bowl with butter, milk and nuts. Combine into stuff dough. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Use 1/2 of dough mixture; press into bottom of the pan.

Bake at 350°F for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on chocolate chips. Pour caramel mixture over that. Take remaining dough and drop on top of the caramel mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
