FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce (in a can)
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. heavy cream

Soften cream cheese to room temperature and stir in mayonnaise. Add the cranberry sauce and mix well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Whip the cream and fold in the cranberry mixture. Freeze slice and serve. Especially good on Thanksgiving!
