FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, nuts and 2 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip. Freeze. Let set room temperature 30-45 minutes before serving.
