ALOHA BURGERS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. seasoned salt
6 slices pineapple
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine beef, green pepper, egg and salt; shape into 6 patties. Press pineapple slice firmly into each patty. In skillet brown quickly pineapple side up; turn, brown pineapple side down. Drain fat; turn patties pineapple side up. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over patties. Simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes. Serve on buns, garnish as desired. Serves 6.
