ALL - IN ONE BURGER 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/3 c. mild picante sauce
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. black pepper

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Form mixture into patties. Layer the patties in foil and refrigerate to firm them up. Broil, grill or bake to desired doneness. Choose your favorite burger toppings. Yields: 4 to 6 burgers.
