BACON BURGERS TURNOVERS 
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
6 slices bacon
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. flour
A little salt and pepper

CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
5 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Saute onions in 1 tablespoon butter. Add meat and the bacon, cut fine and drained. Add soup, undiluted; salt and pepper. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

Make Crust: Roll out and cut in circles about 5 inches in diameter. Put about 1 tablespoon of filling on circle. Fold crust and seal edges. Prick top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
