MARINATED TURKEY AND VEGETABLE KABOBS | |
Prep 15 Min. + Marinating/Grill 20 Min. 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Free Dressing 1/2 c. Kraft Free Italian Nonfat Dressing 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper 1 lb. fresh boneless skinless turkey breast, cut into 1 inch cubes 2 c. cherry tomatoes 2 zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices 1 yellow pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks Mix together dressings and seasonings until well blended; reserve 1/4 cup dressing mixture. Pour remaining dressing mixture over turkey. Marinate in refrigerator at least 20 minutes; drain. Arrange turkey and vegetables on skewers. Place on grill over hot coals (coals will be glowing). Grill, uncovered, 10 minutes on each side or until tender, brushing frequently with reserved 1/4 cup dressing mixture. 4 servings. Only 210 calories per serving. |
