BARNYARD SCRAMBLE 
1 sliced tomato
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
4 hot dogs
1/2 pkg. frozen green peppers (diced)
1/2 pkg. frozen onions (diced)
1/2 c. olive oil

Precook onions, peppers, and sliced hot dogs in microwave (medium) for 5 minutes. Mix eggs and milk in bowl. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add sliced tomatoes, onions, peppers and sliced hot dogs and cook for 7 minutes on low flame.

Add eggs and cover skillet. Cook on low heat until eggs are cooked. Slice omelet in skillet (make pizza shaped servings). Serve hot with toast or on toast as an open faced sandwich.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
