CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Add next 3 and mix well. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. OPTIONAL: After baking sprinkle 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese on top. Bake for additional 10 minutes.
