SPANISH RICE 
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cooked rice
12 oz. pkg. bacon, cooked in pieces (keep grease)

Cook onion and green pepper in bacon grease, just enough to cover bottom of pan. Cook until well done. Add soup, milk, rice, and bacon pieces. Mix well. Add more bacon grease if you want bacon flavor, or it will have a tomato flavor.
