CINNAMON APPLE CRUMB PIE 
Pastry for one crust pie
7 c. sliced, tart cooking apples, peeled
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

Combine:

3/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. packed brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter, softened

Roll out pastry and fit into a 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Flute edges.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and spoon into pastry shell. Sprinkle crumbly topping evenly over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 55 minutes or until filling is bubbly and top is golden.
