DELI APPLE CRISP 
9 apples, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 2/3 c. sugar, divided
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs

TOPPING:

Whipping cream

Place sliced apples into a 9x12 inch pan or individual tart pans, then sprinkle with cinnamon and 2/3 cup sugar or as much as desired.

In a small bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, butter and butter; cream. Add eggs; mix. Cover top of apples with mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned. Cool; top with topping.
