DELI - SPREAD 
4 oz. grated turkey bologna
2 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. reduced calorie whipped salad dressing

Combine all ingredients and chill.

SWEET 'N' SOUR CHICKEN
4 (4 oz.) chicken breasts, (no skin or bones)
1 can reduced calorie orange soda (without aspartame)
1/4 c. soy sauce

Combine soda and soy sauce. Pour mixture over chicken breasts and bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
