ALMOND FUDGE PIE 
1 pkg. (6 serving) Jello pudding, chocolate fudge
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped

Combine pudding, sugar and 1/2 cup milk in saucepan. Blend in eggs, then stir in remaining milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until it comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Blend in butter and extract. Stir in almonds. cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
