PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. peanut butter

Combine pudding mix, sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Boil gently stirring often until syrup forms a soft ball on cold water (or candy thermometer reads 232 degrees). Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until blended. Turn into greased pan. Let stand until firm. Cut into squares.
