PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1 (4 oz.) butterscotch pudding/pie filling (not instant) 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels 1 c. marshmallow creme 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine pudding/pie fulling, sugar, and milk in saucepan. Mix and cook 1 minute (after boiling). Stir in morsels, marshmallow creme, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until mixture looses its gloss. Butter platter pour in, cool and cut in squares. |
