CHICKEN IN CRESCENT ROLLS | |
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls 3 tbsp. melted butter 3 oz. cream cheese 2 c. cooked chicken 2 tbsp. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. minced onion or chives Combine 2 tablespoons butter with cream cheese (reserve 1 tablespoon butter) Add chicken, salt, pepper, onion, milk, and mix. Open crescent rolls using 2 triangles to make a rectangle. Pinch seam shut. Place 1/2 cup chicken mixture in center of rectangle. Bring corners together up around chicken mixture and seal. Brush top with extra butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or longer. |
