ORANGE SPONGE CAKE 
4 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh orange juice

Separate whites from yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually mix in sugar. Add egg yolks, one at a time to mix. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Alternately, add flour mixture and orange juice. For more orange flavor, add the gratings from 1 fresh orange. Pour into ungreased tubular pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
