ORANGE SPONGE CAKE 
6 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 3/4 c flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. orange juice

Beat egg whites until foamy, slowly add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff. Beat egg yolks for 3 minutes beating in 1 cup sugar. Slowly mix in balance of ingredients in order given juice, peel, flour and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in bundt tube pan well greased.

To cool do not invert, place on wire rack. While a little warm release sides and shake on to plate and put on glaze. A little orange juice and butter.
