ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sherbet, when partially set, add other ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last. Chill until firm. Can be frozen.
