HAMBURGER PIE 
4 onions, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can (3 or 4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 bouillon cube
2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Chopped parsley

Cook onions and beef in butter about 5 minutes, breaking up meat with fork. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Stir in flour; add water and bouillon cube; bring to boil and let simmer about 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into 8 x 12 inch pan.

Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions, using 1 cup milk. Spoon on top of meat mixture and spread lightly. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, for about 30 minutes, until topping is done and lightly browned.

Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake about 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Makes 6 servings. Can be frozen.
