HAMBURGER BUNS 
1 c. liquid (1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. water)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 cake yeast mixed with 1/4 c. warm water (115 degrees)
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour

Scald liquid, add sugar, salt and fat. Cool. Add egg and yeast. Stir in flour. Let rise. Shape into buns. Let rise double and bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
