HAMBURGER BUNS | |
1 c. water 1 pkg. yeast 1 tsp. sugar 1 c. flour Combine; beat and let rise until light. Add following: 1/2 c. shortening 3/4 c. sugar 2 c. warm water 1 tsp. salt Beat well and add 6 cups flour. Let rise until double in bulk. Make into buns (dough will be a little sticky, dip fingers in flour). Let rise and bake at 400 degrees until light brown. |
