HAMBURGER BUNS 
3 c. lukewarm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
8-9 level c. all-purpose flour (more if needed)

Dissolve yeast in water. Add eggs and butter. Add the dry ingredients. Make a soft dough. Cover, let rise for 1 hour or until doubled. Make small buns, they triple in size as they rise so place far apart. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
