HAMBURGER BUNS 
3 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. salt
10-12 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water, add butter, sugar, salt, eggs and flour. Mix well.

Make at 5 p.m. Knead dough down every hour. Form the buns at 10 p.m. Cover with a towel and a plastic sheet. Let rise overnight. Bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
