ZITI BAKE 
1 lb. ziti
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
1 (3 oz.) jar tomato sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parsley

Cook ziti; drain. Set aside. In a large skillet, brown beef; drain. Add cheese (Ricotta, parsley, Parmesan, egg, and 1/4 jar of sauce); mix well. Add ziti and toss well. Spoon into 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Use extra sauce when serving. Freezes well.
