ZITI BAKE 
16 oz. Ziti
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (29 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook ziti as directed, drain and set aside. Cook ground beef until brown. Drain off fat. Add Ricotta, egg, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and add 1/2 of spaghetti sauce. Add ziti and toss gently to coat. Spoon into 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with remaining sauce and Mozzarella. Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly, (20 minutes).
