ZITI BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) jars favorite spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese

Prepare ziti as label directs, drain and set aside. In Dutch oven over medium heat cook ground beef until brown (drain off fat). Remove from heat and stir in ricotta, next 5 ingredients and 1/2 spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Add ziti and toss gently.

Spoon into 13 x 9 inch baking dish; pour remaining sauce over mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, uncovered.
