CRACKERS STUFFING 
1 box saltine crackers
1 stalk celery
2 med. onions
2 sticks butter
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. warm water

Saute onions and celery in 1 or 2 sticks of butter until tender. Crumble crackers and add onions and celery, beaten eggs and milk. Warm milk may be added to make crackers moist.
