ST. PAT'S PARFAITS 
25 to 30 chocolate wafers
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade, thawed
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
Green food coloring
2 tbsp. chocolate jimmies

Put wafers in blender. Process until crumbs form. Pour milk and limeade into mixing bowl. Stir well with mixing spoon. Stir in topping. Add 1 or 2 drops food coloring and mix. Place 2 or 3 spoonfuls of mixture in each parfait glass. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon crumbs. Continue layering cream and crumbs, ending with cream. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon jimmies on top of each parfait. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 6 servings.
