QUICK EASY COOKIE BARS | |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter (melted) 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. butterscotch chips or Reeses peanut butter chips 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven 350°F, for glass dish 375°F. Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 in. baking dish or pan. Pour eagle brand milk evenly over crust. Top evenly with remaining ingredients. Press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes for until browned. Cool, or chill thoroughly if desired cut into bars. Store loosely at room temperature. |
