PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE BARS 
A quick, easy Family favorite!

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
24 peanut butter sandwich cookies, divided (I use Nutter Butter)
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter in oven in foil-lined 9x13-inch baking pan. Crush 12 cookies; sprinkle over butter. Top with coconut flakes and condensed milk. Coarsely chop remaining cookies; sprinkle over milk. Top with chocolate chunks.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Makes 32 bars.
