SPANISH MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. uncooked rice
Salt & pepper
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder

Mix the ground beef with beaten egg, milk and rice. Salt and pepper to taste and form into balls. Combine tomato juice, water and chili powder; add meat balls and bring to a boil. Cook about 2 hours in 350 degree oven.
