SPANISH MEAT BALLS 
2 1/2 lb. ground bee
1/4 lb. pork season sausage
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 grated Irish potato
1 lg. grated onion

Mix all together. Make small balls and fry until light brown on both sides. 3 onions, chopped

Drain grease from pan. Cook peppers and onion until tender, add 1/2 bottle catsup and about 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Add 1/2 cup water, put meat balls in sauce and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
