SPANISH MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. pkg. wide egg noodles
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef, green pepper, onion, salt, pepper and paprika in butter; drain. Add spaghetti sauce to this. Cook noodles according to directions on package; drain. Layer like lasagna with sauce, noodles, and cheese. Can add mushrooms to sauce if desired. Layer in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
