SPANISH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 tbsp. oil
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt, pepper to taste
1 can chili powder
1 can Niblets corn
15 lg. ripe olives, chopped
1 lb. American cheese, grated

Boil noodles in salt water until tender; drain. Simmer in oil the onions, green pepper, and garlic. Add tomato sauce and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Brown hamburger in skillet with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Add onions, green pepper, garlic, and noodles. Add corn, olives, and grated cheese. Pour into 3 or 4 greased casseroles. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Yield: 15 servings. (Casseroles freeze well.)
