BACON QUICHE 
1/2 c. soft butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. heavy cream

Mix together, roll out and put into pan.

FILLING:

1 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 slices bacon, crisp & crumbled
1 c. onions
4 lg. eggs
1 c. milk

Bake at 350 degrees until cooked or knife inserted comes out clean.
