ZESTY GREEN BEANS CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese, cubed
2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies, drained

Combine butter and flour; cook over low heat until bubbly. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted.

Combine sauce, beans and tomatoes; pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
