EGG CUSTARD PIE 
5 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

Beat eggs and sugar. Heat milk and butter. Combine milk and egg mixture. Pour into 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
