3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs thoroughly, add sugar, beat well. Add milk slowly while heating. Add nutmeg, pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
