HAM AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cabbage
1 c. water
Dash of salt
Cheese sauce
3 oz. butter
2 oz. flour
2 oz. milk powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
4 oz. cheese
1/2 tsp. Accent
Ham

Cook ham and save. Cook cabbage, save juice and cabbage.

SAUCE:

Melt butter, add flour and paprika. Let bubble but not brown. Then add to cheese and seasonings. Place layer of cabbage, layer of ham, layer of sauce, repeat. Top with cheese. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
