HAM AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 tsp. instant minced onions
8 sm. whole new potatoes
1/2 sm. head cabbage, cut into 4 wedges and cored
3 c. water
6 lg. carrots, cut into 4-inch sticks
1 lb. canned ham or corned beef
4 tbsp. butter
Frankfurters
Relish

Bri ng 3 cups water to boil. Add onions and salt. Add potatoes, cook covered 25 minutes. Add another 1/2 cup water during cooking, if necessary. Add cabbage, carrots. Cook 10 minutes longer. Place ham in center of skillet. Put butter on top. Cook 5 minutes longer. Serve from skillet along with relish.
