HAM AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 sm. cauliflower, separated
1/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. cooked diced ham
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Dash of paprika

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Boil cauliflower 15 minutes or until tender; mix with crumbs. Add ham, green pepper, and cheddar cheese. Place mixture in buttered casserole dish. Pour sour cream over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
