HAM-CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
2 c. ham, cooked and chopped 1 med. head cauliflower 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. onion Paprika and salt Butter 2 egg yolks Break cauliflower into small pieces and cook until tender crisp. Drain. In greased dish, place layer of cauliflower. Next place layer of ham and press together. Sprinkle part of cheese over this. Beat egg yolks and sour cream. Stir in onion, paprika and salt. Put next layer of cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese. Pour cream mixture over all. Top with butter. Bake 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through. |
