HAM BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
1 box frozen broccoli spears 1 box frozen cauliflower 1 1/2 c. cooked ham, chopped 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. milk TOPPING: 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix 2 tbsp. firm butter 1/4 c. grated Cheddar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Sliced almonds, crushed slightly by hand Paprika Bring 2 cups water to rapid boil; drop in broccoli and cauliflower; cover and let stand for a few minutes; separate with fork and allow to completely thaw; drain thoroughly; cut into bite size pieces and arrange in sprayed casserole. Sprinkle with ham. Sprinkle eggs over ham. Combine soups and milk until smooth; pour over ham. Bisquick butter Chedd ar Nutmeg Almonds Spread over mixture in casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
