HAM AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 c. ham, cooked and chopped
1 med. head cauliflower
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Paprika and salt

Break cauliflower into small pieces and cook until tender-crisp. Drain. In greased dish place layer of cauliflower. Place layer of ham and press lightly together. Sprinkle part of cheese over layer. Beat egg yolks and sour cream. Stir in onion, paprika and salt. Put next layer of cauliflower and finish with cheese. Pour sour cream mixture over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
