HAM AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cooked, diced ham
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Cook flowerets in 1-inch boiling water 8-10 minutes or until tender. Blend soup and milk. Pour cooked cauliflower in greased 8x11 inch pan. Add soup and milk mixture, add ham. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
