HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag Ore Ida frozen hash browns
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. ham, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 onion, diced
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Let hash browns thaw enough to put in bottom of dish - same with broccoli. Then put ham on 3rd layer. Mix soup, sour cream, and chopped onion together with cheese. Layer over meat. Top with corn flakes, then pour melted butter over the top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
