HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 chopped green pepper 1 chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. grated American cheese 1 box frozen peas 2 c. cooked potatoes, cubed 2 c. cubed ham 1/4 c. crushed corn flakes Saute green pepper and onion in butter until done. Add soup, milk, and grated cheese. Butter 2 quart casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of potatoes, peas, and ham. Put 1/2 of sauce on first layer. Then layer remainder of potatoes, peas and ham again. Put other 1/2 of sauce on top. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
